thanks Diane- I had actually already tried that because it has happened once before and that fixed it, this time I had to change somthing from the dashboard layout to old editor, now I want to change it back cuz I hate the picture upload on the old editor- weird huh?

there are 2 choices of modes for adding stuff to a blog....editnHTML and compose....so just click on the compose tab and it should reappear
